David represents a new generation of professional growth, collaborative expertise, and technical accountability. His effective leadership and extensive design experience with Iowa’s municipal water and wastewater systems helps him provide communities with focused service from the development preliminary engineering reports through final plans and construction administration. In addition, he also helps make such improvements possible by assisting cities with the acquisition of grants and loans.
As a municipal project manager, David is driven to deliver high quality projects to his clients. He brings a depth of knowledge based on his work on a variety of projects including street, infrastructure, and utility extension projects for various industrial, municipal, commercial, and residential projects. In addition, David plans and designs sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water, and wastewater treatment facility projects.
David’s exceptional leadership skills and ability to build strong relationships with design teams, contractors, and the public to keeps projects moving forward and serves our clients well. As the City Engineer of record for the Iowa communities of Correctionville, Cushing, Pierson, and Moville, David brings a broad perspective that integrates budgets, planning, and prioritization – each issues that communities face every day.
