Now more than ever, designers of the built environment are incorporating sustainable materials, energy efficient systems, responsible water and resource use, and minimal waste construction practices into their everyday work. ISG takes seriously our role as advocates and pioneers of sustainable design, which is why we work closely with partners across all of our markets to explore solutions that protect the health, vitality, and future of our communities, resources, and landscape.
ISG has more than 20 in-house professionals with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) credentials who fully support clients pursuing the construction of buildings designed to sustainability requirements – regardless of whether or not they later pursue official certification – and has done so for clients across the Midwest. Whether it be through the use of bioretention cells, Best Management Practices drainage design, recycled building materials, or alternative energy, ISG is continuously driving the innovation of our staff, facilities, and clients forward for the betterment of our planet.
