Faribault Soccer Complex

Faribault Soccer Complex

Faribault, MN

30 Acres

Together with the City of Faribault, Faribault Soccer Association, and Faribault Public Schools, a design for a jointly owned community soccer complex was developed. A master plan for the soccer complex as well as plans to construct soccer fields, stormwater management, and other supporting components included a concession stand, restrooms, and grandstand seating.

The funding for the project is a combination of municipal funds and fundraising efforts by the Faribault Soccer Association. The project was designed to be constructed in phases allowing the project to progress as funds became available. Assistance for fundraising efforts included providing promotional materials enabling them to present the project to a broad range of potential contributors. The facility is now known to the community as Bahl Field, complete with lighting, seating and a welcoming service building.
